About GO UP Foundation:

GO UP Foundation is a social welfare, non-profit, voluntary, and non-governmental organization committed to uplifting distressed communities.
Since its establishment on 23 June 2021, GO UP Foundation has been actively working in:

  • Education: Providing essential educational materials and running “Amader School” for underprivileged children.
  • Health Services: Ensuring healthcare access for marginalized communities.
  • Social Development: Empowering youth, supporting vulnerable people, and promoting community harmony.
We believe in creating opportunities for children whose families can’t afford regular school expenses, preventing them from dropping out. Our mission is to foster an inclusive society through education, community support, and youth empowerment.

About the Interview Session – GO UP Foundation

This interview session is an introductory conversation with new volunteers to learn more about them, understand their potential, and identify their unique skills. Our goal is to find passionate individuals who are eager to contribute to society and make a positive impact.

Tips for the Interview:

  • Know Your Purpose: Clearly understand and express why you want to volunteer with GO UP Foundation.
  • Highlight Your Skills: Be prepared to describe your abilities and how you can contribute to our mission.
  • Positive Attitude: Come with a cheerful mindset and maintain a presentable appearance.
  • Familiarize Yourself with GO UP: Have a good understanding of our organization, our mission, and our initiatives.
  • References Needed: You will need to provide contact information for two people who can vouch for your character and background.

What You Will Receive as a Volunteer:

After completing the final registration, every volunteer will be provided with:
  • One-Year Membership: Join our dedicated team of changemakers for a year-long journey of social impact.
  • Volunteer T-Shirt: A GO UP Foundation T-shirt will be provided, with the option to purchase additional ones.
  • ID Card: A plastic ID card valid for one year as proof of your valuable contribution.
  • Health and Hygiene Training: Learn essential skills to maintain health and safety while volunteering.
  • Opportunity to Become a Campus Ambassador: Get the chance to represent GO UP Foundation and inspire others to join the movement.
  • Friend of Child Program: Build meaningful connections by supporting underprivileged children through education and mentorship.

ABOUT GO UP FOUNDATION

The GO UP Foundation is a non-profit, non-political service organization dedicated to addressing social issues and advocating for people’s rights, with a strong belief in the potential of youth. Go Up Foundation organised various programs and events to support underprivileged communities and promote youth leadership.

Go Up foundation focuses on supporting underprivileged communities, particularly during challenging times. For instance, they have organized winter aid distribution events to provide warm clothing to those affected by severe cold.

The GO UP Foundation has participated in educational initiatives such as the “হাতেখড়ি” project, which offers temporary schooling to underprivileged children.

The foundation actively engages volunteers for various programs, including winter aid distribution and COVID-19 crisis support. They have also hosted live programs to celebrate International Youth Day, featuring influential youth leaders.

In recognition of their efforts, members of the foundation have received notable accolades. For instance, Ishtiaque Uddin Ahmed Khan was honored with Bangladesh’s first “Sheikh Hasina Youth Volunteer Award” in 2020.

The foundation also celebrates International Youth Day by hosting live programs featuring influential youth leaders, aiming to inspire and engage young individuals in community development.
